Braselton Homes is not just the leading neighborhood developer and home builder in Corpus Christi, Texas. We're also a family-run business with a passion for trust, value, and excellence.
Our goal is to build the best housing value in the Coastal Bend.
Our legacy began in 1945, at the end of World War II, when Guy Braselton, a man of humble beginnings, came to Corpus Christi, to rebuild a children’s home destroyed by fire.
A West Texas carpenter, who had risen through the ranks to lead construction crews, Guy saw Corpus Christi Bay for the first time from his downtown hotel, and said, “This is the place!”
Since then, three generations of Braselton builders have built high-quality, affordable homes for families in the Corpus Christi Bay area. Fred Braselton laid the foundation for Braselton Homes in 1973 and in 1988, Bart Braselton joined the family business.
