Braselton Homes has received many awards over the years, with recognition on the local, state and national scale.
Braselton Homes was the Most Awarded Builder in the Parade of Homes, receiving honors in 10 of the 12 awards. Including the first place for Landscaping. And, Braselton Homes was the only Builder to win awards for it's entries in both home size categories.
Braselton Homes was also honored by Professional Builder Magazine, by being named a Housing Giant, for 2010.
In 2011, the Federal Goverment again honored Braselton Home with it's Energy Star Leadership in Housing Award for the company's continued commitment to building the most Energy Efficient Homes in the Bay Area.
In 2010, Braselton was again named as one of the countries top home builders, with it's inclusion in the next 100 list.
In 2010, the United States Environmental Protection Agency awarded Braselton Homes it's Energy Star Leadership in Housing Award honoring Braselton Eco-Homes as the most Energy Efficient Homes in the Corpus Christi area.
Braselton has also received several state level awards, including the prestigious Keystone Award, presented by Home of Texas, one of the nation's premier home warranty provider. This award is presented to Homebuilders who have demonstrated superiority in ethics, construction expense, and financial stability. Some of the factors that influence the awarding of this honor include high overall customer satisfaction, longevity in the business, and overall attention to detail.
In 2009, Braselton Homes was again honored by Builder Magazine as the only builder in the Corpus Christi Bay Area to make it's prestigous list of the Largest Builder in the United States.
Braselton Homes has also received every local homebuilding award that is offered. In 2009, Braselton Homes was named Builder of the Year by the Builders Association.
In 2008, Braselton Homes was recognized by the industry-leading Builder Magazine as one of the Top Homebuilders in the United States with inclusion in it's next 100 list. While the National Association of Home Builders has over 35,000 members, Braselton Homes was ranked number 157.
The company has won the Best of the Best award, presented by the city's local newspaper, every year since the award was created in 1995.
In fact, Interiors by Braselton, Braselton Homes' exclusive decorator, has also been awarded "Best of the Best" as well.
Finally, Braselton Homes, a proud, long-term member of the Better Business Bureau, maintains an "A" rating with the organization.
