Evan was born and raised in Texas. Originally from Austin, he was raised in the South Texas Valley and moved to Corpus Christi in 1992. A graduate of Richard King High School, Evan went on to earn his BBA from Texas A&M University CC.
After high school, Evan went to work for a local contractor, learning all too valuable skills in residential and commercial construction. He had no idea at that time these skills would serve him well as a new home sales professional. After saving some money and gaining a lot of knowledge, Evan pursued higher education.
Evan continued to work his way through school, but soon after graduating began his career in sales and marketing. He started in the Medical Sales field, earning top honors for sales goals in the Coastal Bend with Hope Medical Supply, a joint commission accredited company. While working at Hope Medical, he also gained a certification to market pharmacological products and began working for Dey Labs Inc., specializing in pulmonary medicines.
After a few years in the medical community, Evan sought new challenges, so he made the decision to make the switch and start working in home sales. Using the knowledge he had gained, he began visiting local builders and their job sites to evaluate what different companies and products were out there. After researching the market, he quickly decided Braselton Homes was where he wanted to be.
In 2006, Evan went to work for Braselton Homes. He has worked in almost every market and price range Braselton Homes has to offer. Evan was awarded the Sales Person of the Year in 2009, 2010, and 2011. He hopes to achieve that honor again next year.
Jim Grady Jr was born and raised in Carmel, Indiana. After moving Corpus Christi, Jim attended Del Mar and graduated with a real estate certificate.
Jim joined the Braselton team in 2000. During his employment with Braselton, he has received the Salesman of the Year award twice, and has sold homes all over Corpus Christi's South Side.
Jim has over ten years experience in new home sales.
Jann Kullman, originally from San Antonio, Texas, moved to the Coastal Bend, in 1980 after graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Communications and English with specialization in marketing.
After teaching high school for 6 years, she had the opportunity to pursue her passion, the sales and marketing field. Jann has held many sales positions through out her career, but none as rewarding as New Home sales and real estate. After 4 years selling a Braselton Home to a client, led her back into selling new construction.
Braselton Homes was her first choice. Jann, a resident of Portland, joined the company in April 2011 and sells home in our Portland subdivisions.
