The Braselton Homes Warranty System is very unique and interconnected, and it has several key features. At contract, each Braselton customer is provided a Homeowners Manual, which outlines the purchasing, building and finishing processes involved in his new home construction. (If you get an Owner’s Manual with your new car, shouldn’t you get one with your new home?) Chapter 10 of the Manual details, in writing, the Braselton Homes one year limited warranty.
Quality Control is the key to being able to provide a good home, and a good warranty. Throughout the building process, and at key points of construction, various company and independent reviews and inspections are conducted in each Braselton home. In fact, over 50 Quality Control checklists are used during the review process; the quality control process then culminates with a Braselton Homes Quality Control Staff Inspection of the home. Numerous “Q.C.” staffers review the home, checking each component of the home, using a detailed 25 page Punchlist.
One week after the Quality Control Staff home review, each Braselton customer is invited to a Homeowner Orientation. At this orientation, the customer is shown how the home and its systems work, and is invited to review the home for any concerns. The customer’s concern list is completed prior to the closing, 7 days later; Braselton Homes wants our homeowners to go to their closing with the satisfaction of knowing their home is complete, and ready to move into.
After closing, the Braselton Homes warranty staff is prepared to respond to our customers warrantable concerns. We take care of more than 75% of our customers warranty concerns in only one visit; we know that your time is as valuable as ours.
Our detailed Quality Control and Warranty Systems have allowed us to enjoy a customer satisfaction rate of over 90% at closing additionally, over 90% of our customers would recommend us to their friends.
